Who runs this website

15–1077 Amau Rd (Kaloli Point Residence) is an independent marketing website for a single property. It is not the MLS and is not the website of Iokua Real Estate. The property is listed by Misti R. Tyrin (RB-22375), Principal Broker & Owner, Iokua Real Estate.

What we collect when you request a showing

Your name, phone number, email address, preferred and alternative dates and times, showing type, whether you are flexible, and any message you write. We also record how you found the site (campaign tags such as utm_source, ad click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid, the referring website and the landing page), the time of the request, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to stop spam.

How it is used

Your request is sent to the listing agent so she can call you to arrange a showing, with a copy to the website's administrator, and you receive an acknowledgement by email. A showing is never confirmed by this website; only the listing agent can confirm a time with you. We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and emails are delivered by Resend. Requests are kept while the property is marketed and deleted within twelve months after it sells or is withdrawn.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how it is used: pages viewed, opening the gallery or film, clicks on showing or contact buttons, and whether a showing request was submitted. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and is governed by Google's privacy policy; you can opt out with Google's browser add-on. Your name, phone number, email, message and requested showing times are never sent to Google or to any other analytics or advertising platform. Cloudflare Web Analytics, part of the hosting service, also measures page speed and aggregate visits without cookies.

Bot protection

Cloudflare Turnstile and Cloudflare's automated bot detection check that requests come from a person; Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie for this. Turnstile does not require you to solve puzzles in most cases.
